Bhí an t-ádh dearg ar Rang 5 & 6 bualadh le David Gillick ar an Luan nuair a tháinig sé chuig an scoil chun rith leo mar pháirt de Maratón na bPáistí. Thug sé spreagadh agus moltaí do na páistí agus bhí sé an-sásta leis an traenáil a bhí ar siúl acu. Tá iarracht iontach déanta ag na páistí go dtí seo, tá muid an-bhródúil astu! Níl ach 3 seachtain fágtha acu agus beidh maratón rite acu!
Fifth and Sixth Class were lucky enough to meet the athlete David Gillick on Monday, as part of the programme ‘Marathon Kids’ they are running. He ran with them and gave them great motivation and tips for going forward. He was very impressed with their training. The students are making great efforts to date, we are very proud of them! They only have 3 weeks left and they’ll have ran a marathon!
